COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)
When you purchase a Collision Damage Waiver, you will not be held responsible for damage to the car that you are renting in the event of an accident.
RENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (RLI)
Rental Liability Insurance protects you against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident while you are operating the rental vehicle. It provides you up to $30,000 of protection, $15,000 per person for body injury, $5000 per accident for property damage (NV and AZ $10,000).
SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (SLI)
Supplemental Liability Insurance provides the customer with up to 1 million dollars of increased liability protection.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVERAGE (PAC):
Personal Accident Coverage provides the customer and all passenger coverage for medical expenses related to bodily injury or death. Coverage has a $500,000 aggregate limit. Loss of Life: RENTER $250,000 PASSENGER $125,000 Medical Expense: RENTER $2,500 PASSENGER $2,500, Ambulance Expense: RENTER $250 PASSENGER $250.
