Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a trip and would like to receive a refund, please follow the guidelines below.
If Canceling Any Local Group Trips (One-day trips where you leave and return on the same day)
- You must give at least 10 days’ notice of your cancellation to receive a 100% refund.
- You must give at least a 48-hour notice of your cancellation to receive a 50% refund.
- You will not receive any refund (0% refund) if your notice is received within less than 48 hours.
If Canceling Any Out of State/ Non-local Group Trips (Long distance trip usually over 100 miles)
- To receive a 50% refund, you must give 7 – 30 days notice of your cancellation.
- You will not receive any refund (0% refund) if your notice is received less than 7 days before your trip.
Monthly Pass Policies:
- If the passenger has purchased a monthly pass, the pass must be presented for every ride.
- Monthly passes are for 30 days only. The pass will be voided after the 30 days.
Stolen or Lost Passes
- If the passenger has lost, stolen, or forgotten their pass, services will be denied.
- In the event that a passenger’s pass has been stolen or lost, the passenger must purchase a new pass in order to receive services with Traveling Angels Transportation LLC. To purchase a new pass, please call us at 1 (386) 6 – ANGELS.
Schedule of Services
Weekday services –Monday – Friday 8a- 5p
- At least 48 hours must be given to schedule a trip
- At least 24 hours must be given to cancel a trip or no refund will be given
- $5.00 service fee will apply
Weekday Extended hour services- Monday – Friday 6p-7a Service to areas outside of Allen county
- At least 48 hours must be given to schedule a trip
- At least 24 hours must be given to cancel a trip or no refund will be given
- $5.00 service fee will apply
