Q: Will transportation be available if one driver is sick?
A: Yes, Traveling Angels Transportation has three drivers with the proper endorsements and with good driving records.
Q: What happens when the weather is bad? Will your company cancel?
A: No, in our contract we have an inclement weather plan in place, that states, ” Transportation will be provided unless conditions prove to be too hazardous; if the city has advised not to be on roads.” If there are extreme weather conditions that are out of our control, we will call riders and post an official announcement with the media.
Q: What happens if I book a trip out of town and need to cancel, will I get my refund?
A: All Cancellations need to be done one week in advance or you will lose your deposit. If only one-week notice is given, half of your deposit will be lost.
Q: What happens if I lost my pass or it was stolen?
A: If the passenger has lost, stolen, or forgotten their pass, services will be denied.
